ORDERS
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.
Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 1-2 business days.
Certain products may have longer processing times. These will be noted on the product and cart pages.
PRE-ORDERS
Items available for pre-order will be indicated on the product page with the anticipated ship date. Please note, once your order is placed, the full payment will be captured up front. If you wish to cancel your order before the ship date, you may do so by contacting Customer Service.
If your order contains pre-order items and available items, please note that your order will be shipped once the pre-order item(s)are received.
We are not able to split orders and ship available items first. If you wish to purchase pre-order items and available items together, we recommend placing a separate orders for each.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification containing the shipment tracking information.
Your order may arrive in several shipments. You will receive a separate e-mail notification for each shipment.
EXCHANGES, REFUNDS AND RETURNSAt this time, we are only providing a Store Credit for all returns and exchanges. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded in store credit. You can then use the store credit on future SUNDAWSON® orders.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at orders@sundawson.com and provide your order number. We do not provide shipping labels at this time, unless we are at fault for shipping the wrong/defective item. If return is in order, please contact us and we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
At this moment, we do not accept returns/exchanges on international purchases. International customers are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes. Please note items may be held at your local post office for duty and tax collection until they are paid.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
