Cancellation policy

Thank you for investing in SUNDAWSON. Because our custom footwear and limited-edition collections are engineered and crafted to order, we utilize a structured fulfillment process to secure your allocation.

Please review our terms carefully before finalizing your purchase:

1. Payment in Full

All pre-orders require payment in full at the time of checkout. This capital guarantees your pair is reserved from our limited factory production run and immediately initiates the custom manufacturing process.

2. No Returns or Cash Refunds

Once a pre-order is placed, your funds are directly committed to the raw materials and specialized production of your item.

• All pre-orders are non-refundable to the original form of payment (credit card, debit card, or banking method).

• Once delivered, pre-ordered custom items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned for a cash refund.

3. Store Credit Only

We understand that circumstances can change. If you choose to cancel your pre-order prior to shipment, or if you need to return your item upon receipt, we will issue your payout via Store Credit.

• You will receive 100% of the purchase value in the form of a digital SUNDAWSON gift card code.

• Store credit never expires and can be applied to any future drop, collection, or available inventory.

Agreement of Terms: By completing your pre-order checkout, you explicitly agree to the terms of this cancellation and refund policy.
